☞ Exchange Period: Exchanges are hassle-free (no self-shipping required) and can be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
☞ Refund Timeline: Refund will be reflected within 5–7 days after it is processed on our end.
☞ Payment & Refunds: All orders are prepaid (Partial Payment or Full Payment). Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
☞ Snapmint Orders: In case of Snapmint orders, the amount will be credited back to the customer's original payment method.
