☞ A convenience fee of upto ₹200 will be applicable for refunds.

☞ If the customer chooses to return the order at their own expense, no deduction of ₹200 will be applied, and the full refund will be issued.

☞ Return Period: Customers can initiate hassle-free returns within 3 days and replacements within 7 days from the date of delivery.

☞ Refund will be reflected within 5–7 days after it is processed on our end.

☞ Refunds are not applicable for Prepaid orders where an offer or discount has been availed.

☞ For COD orders, refunds will be processed via a credit note issued for future purchases on our website.
